Rebecca Davy Searle passed away 14th June 2007 she was 87 years old used to be a cleaner at mounts
bay school until way past retirement lived in penzance cornwall.She was married to my dad Arthur
Searle for 58 years when he passed away in 1998.She has lived alone for 3 years since my son Matthew
passed away as she didn't like being on her own so he went to live with her for company.She had a
heart condition that has gradually got worse and finally gave up her fight this morning,She has five
children and fifteen grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren that all love her and will miss
her sorely .My mum meant the world to me and I am going to be lost without her .The funeral service
will be taking place next Thursday at Gulval parish church where my mum and dad got married

How is it that I never saw your wings
When you were here with me?
When you closed your eyes and soared
To the Heavens I could hear the
Faint flutter of your wings as you left.
Your body no longer on this side
Your spirit here eternally I see your halo shine.
I close my eyes and see the multicoloured wings
Surround me in my saddest moments
And my happiest times.
Mother my angel
God has given you your assignment

You fly into my dreams
And when I am asleep
I feel your wings brush against my face
